Travelers should book an appointment online and allow an additional 30 minutes for testing. Payment is due prior to the test being administered. New! Rapid PCR Testing is available for $149 that will provide results in 30-60 minutes with an appointment. Rapid Testing is available for $49 which will provide results in 15 minutes without insurance. You will also need to complete a patient form onsite required for testing. The government is NO longer covering the cost for the uninsured.

Please be prepared to present your card onsite. Lab PCR Appointments with Insurance: You MUST have an insurance card to be Lab PCR tested. For the safety of staff and others, OptiMed Health Partners offers drive-thru COVID-19 testing conveniently located off I-94 (exit 72) and 9th Street in Kalamazoo. Passengers should not come to the airport if they are sick or experiencing COVID-like symptoms.
